Refund and Returns Policy

Afflatus Pharma. Please review our policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when it comes to returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition in which you received it.

  • It must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Note: Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital content

  • Certain health and personal care products

  • Newspapers, magazines, or opened media (e.g., CDs, DVDs, video games, etc.)


๐Ÿ”„ Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, software, etc.

  • Items not in original condition, or damaged for reasons not due to our error

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery


๐Ÿ’ณ Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming we have received your return and stating whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.


โณ Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company โ€” processing may take a few days.

  3. Then contact your bank โ€” sometimes there is a delay in posting.

๐Ÿท๏ธ Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


๐Ÿ” Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [info@afflatuspharma.com] and send your item to.


๐ŸŽ Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it sent to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
